Delegate Ellington moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

Eng. Senate Bill No. 246 -- “A Bill to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by adding thereto a new article, designated §18-9G-1, §18-9G-2, and §18-9G-3, all relating to imposing water bottle filling station requirements for newly constructed public school buildings and existing public school buildings undergoing a major improvement; purpose; defining terms; requiring State Board of Education rules; setting forth requirements for any water bottle filling station installed in a public school building; and requiring county boards to adopt polices to permit students in schools with water bottle filling stations to carry water bottles.”
